Pros: 1. Company culture. Openness is mind-blowing.
2. Structure to support employees to grow.
3. Excellent compensation.
4. A place with lots of awesome, smart, and, most importantly, good people.
5. Opportunities to be part of projects that can create a positive impact on Facebook products, users, or the internet ecosystem in general.
Cons: Nothing much. Experiences may vary slightly team to team or manager to manager, but there's a lot of safety net in place to ensure core values are intact and employees are well taken care of.
