Pros: - Hackathons
- Flexibility in choosing how you approach a project, technical leadership opportunities
- Benefits: Free food, dry cleaning, etc.
- Open management, Q&As with Zuck every Friday are unmatched in the industry.
Cons: - Noisy open floor plan.
- Works for some, doesn't for others. The good news is, with some effort, you can get put in a corner if you want some quiet area to hack in.
- You could always just lock yourself in a meeting room.
