Process
The interview process was very well structured, including two preparatory calls and five interviews.
I had two leadership interviews covering leadership style, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and team management.
This was followed by three technical interviews on topics ranging from architecture design to machine learning, coding, and data structures. The technical interviews did delve into technical questions.
All interviewers were well-prepared, and interactions were collaborative and polite at all times.
The only negative aspect was that I had some difficulty understanding two of the five interviewers. All interviews were conducted in English.
