Process

Meta's hiring process is so bad. Here's why.

  • A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We spoke over the phone, and they said we were hiring for all levels. I was cautious because Meta had a hiring freeze at that time. However, they told me that this role was an exception and that they were still hiring.
  • I did the phone interview and passed.
  • I scheduled an onsite interview. I spoke to another recruiter, who gave me a study guide.
  • After scheduling, a few days later, they decided not to proceed with my application. I asked why, but they did not provide any reason. Such a waste of time!
