I applied directly to a recruiter.
First, I had a 15-minute phone conversation about this offer, my preferred location, my skills, etc.
Two weeks later, I had a Skype technical interview. I had to describe my previous jobs, hardest challenges, etc.
Later, I was given two small coding tasks to complete using an online editor. The engineer was very helpful and tried to guide me toward the solution.
