Standard interview process for SWE/MLE.
Two weeks after completing virtual onsite, I received positive feedback from the recruiter.
There was radio silence for a month while the company went through layoffs.
Eventually, my application was transitioned from active to not selected without any communication or outreach.
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
