Process
The whole process involved multiple phone screens. Each screen included a couple of technical questions related to data centers/cabling and soft questions about your experience.
There was also a networking event prior to the final interview. This event involved a half-day of 30-minute technical questions and one interview with soft questions.

Pros: Free food, great benefits, and good pay. The freedom to design as you want, lead projects, and avoid overbearing managers who try to micromanage is pretty awesome.
Cons: You work long hours, but those hours are often up to how well you want to perform. Competition is encouraged amongst employees, as you're all working hard to better perform the rest.
