The coding rounds were straightforward. Systems (OS) and PE basics needed a lot of studying since the interviewers could ask a large range of questions in depth. The process was cut short due to a hiring pause.

Pros: Perks are not on the table to negotiate.
They provide any support you need to work better: health, hobbies, education, seminars, clubs, happy hours...
Cons: You may be in a corrupt organization that tries to eliminate you. Do not blame yourself for not being enough. Do not complain; just change your team/organization, otherwise you will be on their blacklist!
They try to provide a diverse work environment, but be ready to deal with emotionally less intelligent people anyways.
They say "bring your authentic self to work," but it is not appreciated. Be careful.

Pros: The culture and environment are amazing. Everyone is empowered and responsible. There are no politics or overly restrictive processes, and no oppressive management oversight.
Cons: The pace can be exhausting. It can be very stressful. You have to get used to all the media attention and mudslinging.
