Pros: They give a lot of great opportunities and have a stable organization. The leadership is driven and transparent for such a large organization. You are rewarded for your work.
Cons: It can get tedious sometimes. A lot of problems are solved, so making an impact is difficult at first. You need to hunt for ways to make an impact.
