All of the interviews went well. In fact, many of the interviewers indicated that they learned something new from the conversation and they are going to apply it at Meta.

The recruiter did not revert back for two weeks after a number of follow-ups. She just gave a cold call to update that I was not offered the position. When asked for feedback, she said she could not share any, but it was technical (which is a lie). I had all solid technical interviews; I solved all troubleshooting, coding, and system design problems.

My understanding is that Meta is just interviewing to show on paper to USCIS for green card applications.
