Process
A friend recommended me, and I was invited for in-person interviews that lasted about a day.
I was interviewed by five people from the same group. The interview started with my introduction and was filled with technical questions.

Great Team, Poor Commute
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Menlo Park, California, United States
August 28, 2024
Pros: Meaningful work. Bright teammates. Supportive environment.
Cons: I worked during the pandemic, as everyone else did, from home. That’s not for me.
But I live 100 miles from my team’s office, and commuting after the pandemic wasn’t an option. So while I like WhatsApp both as a team and a product, this was not a good fit for me.
