I recently had the pleasure of interviewing with Meta, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The interview process was well-organized and efficient, with clear communication from the hiring team every step of the way.

A straightforward process starting with an HR interview, then four technical interviews. These technical interviews were mostly coding, with one system design interview. The problems were straightforward, nothing beyond LeetCode or similar platforms.

Facebook emailed me often, asking me to interview for a position there. I finally agreed after I was ready to leave my current job. My initial call was with a recruiter who provided only generic information. She then scheduled a technical interview
