The process began with a phone screen, followed by four remote interviews due to the pandemic. The questions seemed generally reasonable, although the coding questions felt contrived and unlikely to differentiate experienced from inexperienced engineers. During the behavioral interview, it was challenging to gauge the interviewer's expectations, particularly given the remote video format.
