The interview process involved a coding screen, followed by an on-site interview with multiple people. There was one additional phone screen after the initial on-site. Everyone was super pleasant. The coding screen was really not that bad.

Pros: Meta was an amazing place to work. I learned a tremendous amount and was treated incredibly well. My coworkers were all incredibly smart, and many of them were cool.
Although Meta has a reputation for being toxic, and I think that reputation may now be true, it was a very supportive environment while I was there.
