After being approached by a headhunter, I was invited to a screening coding interview.
After passing the screening interview, I was called by HR and told about the entire process.
This phone call took almost an hour.
I was invited to four interviews:
- Coding interview 1
- Coding interview 2
- Domain-specific interview (I was interviewing for a specialist)
- Personality interview
Followed by personality, coding, and domain-specific interviews.
Questions
They wanted to make sure that I coded cleanly and could explain myself.
