The interview process was terrible and longer than it needed to be. I received little feedback. There were many cancellations of interviews, causing rescheduling the following week. Recruiters were all over the world, and I never worked with the same one twice.

Cons: Performance cycles are rewarding the wrong objectives, and the organization is a mess. It needs a lot of restructuring before being efficient again. Manager growth, in particular, is rewarding the wrong thing and ends up in a deep hierarchy over time.
