The process consisted of an onsite interview in Buenos Aires. It was a 30-minute interview in which I had to answer two different problems. After that, they invited me to interview again in Menlo Park.

Pros: Opportunities, benefits, perks. Engineers go through a 4-6 week training program and have an opportunity to choose which team to work on. The benefits package is very competitive. On-site perks are awesome.
Cons: Other than the commute from San Francisco, I haven't found any.
