Process
The process was two rounds. There was one round of just a LeetCode question. The second panel round had four interviews: two technical, one system design, and one culture round. They asked Python and SQL hard-level questions. They didn't help at all in the first round, and in the second round they asked a lot of questions on the approach.

Cons: Maintaining a work-life balance is difficult. The codebase is still messy in some parts, and it can be frustrating when documentation and owners are nowhere to be found.
