The problems were easy LeetCode mediums. Behavioral questions are basically just practice of your STAR conversational approach, so nothing crazy. The bar for hiring is getting lower, which is why they lay off the bottom 10-20% every year.

Pros: Nice, smart people to work with.
Excellent culture and values.
Good metrics measured, both human-wise (e.g., manager approval rates) and engineering-wise.
Flexibility in choice of team, work from home options, etc.
Amazing perks.
Cons: Growing pains - growth is so fast that it is hard to maintain culture and knowledge.
Messy codebase and obscure/obsolete technologies.
It is not uncommon for teams to be made mostly (or entirely!) from employees with under 1 year of experience, which slows everything down.
With all the perks and fun, it's still a job. Some people forget that.
