Process
First, I was contacted by HR and agreed to a general 'welcome' interview by phone.
Then, the team scheduled an online coding interview. Unfortunately, I did not pass it and therefore did not proceed to the later stages of the interviewing process.

Toxic but good pay
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Seattle, Washington, United States
September 14, 2025
Pros: 1. Pay is good, especially for those who were around for the stock growth.
2. Work with smart folks typically.
Cons: 1. Extremely toxic work culture, where teammates throwing each other under the bus and stealing each other's scope is not uncommon.
2. They increased the BE distribution to 15% - 20% recently, so just more people they can lay off. At the end of every half, it's like the Hunger Games, with everyone trying to survive to the next half.
