Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.
I interviewed before they swapped to using AI in interviews, but it was all memorizing LeetCode problems. It is great for people who have all the time in the world that can actually memorize them or people with a photographic memory. The design question was honestly easier.
