Process
I spoke with the interviewer over video conferencing. He was very communicative and answered my questions. He asked me a BFS question, which was a question that involved BFS search. Given a matrix, I was supposed to find a path from top left to down right.

A lot of work, but very engaging
Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: A dynamic place to work with a lot of smart people. People very willing to help each other out and collaborate. Great perks and the opportunity to have a say.
Cons: Work-life balance is very out of whack. You have to work a lot of hours, but more importantly, this doesn't seem to make people much more productive.
