I first had a phone interview with an engineer. It lasted about 40 minutes and was a coding exercise.
After that, I proceeded to onsite interviews at the Menlo Park campus.
In total, there were three interviews:
- The first two were technical interviews where I had to solve an algorithmic problem on a whiteboard.
- The last one was to assess cultural fit and also included a coding exercise.

Low bureaucracy even as the company grows.
It's fun to work on a product that your friends and family use.

High work hours (60-80 hours).
Expected to always be available.
No 401k plan.
Social is getting a bit played out.
Sometimes I long to work on cool projects like self-driving cars or mobile payments.
