Still a challenging place to work

Pros: Plenty to do and learn, if you can stay focused amid the management and org communication problems. More so than ever, it matters a lot where in the company you land. Still the smartest people I've ever worked with!
Cons: More middle managers, more barriers to entry, slower innovation.

Benefits were nice, but confidence in leadership was low, and my growth felt neglected

Pros: The benefits all around and the lifestyle provided by working at Meta were great.
Cons: Morale amongst most of my peers for the overall direction of the company felt extremely low.
I also felt that my career growth tended to slip through the cracks and I wasn't really supported in the way that I needed as a newer engineer.
