Pros: - Pervasive focus on impact.
- Plenty of opportunity to make an impact, as we ship to millions of users on a short cycle with very little red tape. We are not afraid to make mistakes, though of course we strongly prefer to avoid them.
- Strong overall compensation.
- Excellent on-site food options. I eat here at every opportunity.
- Fun "work hard play hard" internal culture. Coworkers tend to be "from the Internet". Many lolz are had.
Cons: - Now eating too many sweets because they're readily available.
- Sometimes feel like I joined too late (e.g., hear Proposition 30 complaints from coworkers, doesn't apply to me).
- Continued growth has decreased the small company feel somewhat.
Beginning to develop internal politics.
- There is some tendency among some folks to prefer a quick hack instead of the Right Thing in the name of moving fast.

Pros: I quit in 2013, so I don't think my experience is very relevant.
Cons: At the time, there were 2,000 people. Now, it's about 14x that, I think. I doubt it's at all comparable.
