Process
I sent my resume through the campus career fair and was set up for a phone interview within a week. A few days later, I was called for on-site interviews at Menlo Park. This included three interviews, lunch, and a campus tour, followed by two tech talks.
The questions were fairly simple, covering basic trees, recursion, order of complexity, and similar topics.

Pros: Devtools are amazing, questions are always answered, great work/life balance, and employee perks.
Cons: Can feel like individual impact is small. Top-down leadership is questionable. It's hard to effect change as starting new projects requires a lot of bureaucratic buy-in.
