Process
I chatted with the recruiter to see if I was a reasonable fit.
I have a lot of experience in SV, so we decided to do a phone screen next.
Since I'm local to FB HQ, they gave me the option of going onsite instead, which I did.

Pros: Love the college campus-like feel, the open culture, and the high level of trust placed on all employees.
Cons: As the company continues to grow, more layers of hierarchy are being introduced (albeit unavoidable). As a result, it's tougher to interact with the leadership.
