There was a recruiter call, a phone screen (where they ask two LeetCode questions), and a final round (that comprised of five interviews for me: two coding rounds, two product architecture, and one behavioral). The recruiter was always in touch with me and helped me reschedule any interview if I needed it.

Pros: Amazing perks, job opportunities, co-workers, and compensation (in the tech industry).
Extremely high levels of autonomy and work flexibility.
Cons: There are almost no rules about when to work, but during hackathons, there is some pressure to work late on projects for the company. Likewise, it can be stressful at times (for example, when nearing a product launch).
