A recruiter reached out to me and asked some basic questions about my background. This was followed by a phone screen that was around forty minutes, with two LeetCode easy to medium problems. These came straight from LeetCode's Meta questions list. After that, I was passed along to the full loop, which consisted of system design and two technical interviews of the same format with two LeetCode questions, followed by behavioral questions mostly deep diving into my previous work experience. Team matching took around one month for me. The recruiter let me know which orgs and teams were hiring, and I selected my favorite. Three team managers reached out, and afterwards, you pick one. My understanding was that after three rejections, you have your offer rescinded.
