Process
Recruiters came to my college and prepared the students who were interested in taking a technical interview. It was an amazing and organized event.
Three months later, I took two interviews, each 45 minutes long. Both interviews were about data structure-style problems. After finishing, we talked a little about me.

Pros: The company really takes care of you.
Lots of interesting technical work is going on, and it has a reasonable work-life balance. I was able to do all of my work with 40 hours per week of focused effort.
Cons: Sometimes there can be work overlap between teams. The good thing is that it gives cross-functional development opportunities. The bad thing is that you need to do a disciplined search to see if anyone else is working on the same thing. You don't want to duplicate effort.
