Process
I encountered some very disrespectful interviewers. They joined the meetings late and then penalized me for not finishing the coding assessment in time. Additionally, one of the interviewers did not introduce himself and was also very disrespectful.

Toxic Culture, Good Pay
Software Engineer • Former Employee
San Francisco, California, United States

Pros: Pay is good (obviously). Clout. Remote friendly.
Cons: You're a cog in a machine. Coworkers have no personality. Leadership and managers are beyond clueless; they build empires for themselves. Incredibly toxic performance culture that leads coworkers to throw each other under the bus if it means better performance. Not diverse at all in engineering. Bad work-life balance.
