Pros: Total comp is good, although losing out to other FAANG as the stock isn’t growing much.
Cons: Pure chaos. The mix of top-down management from Microsoft/Amazon and lack of engineering practices has created a pressure cooker of pain.
Everyone reminisces all the time about how great things were 5 years ago. Nobody cares.
