Pros: Competitive compensation and benefits, great colleagues!
Cons: The big company has often made it very hard to make one simple change.
Reorgs happen frequently, making it hard to have long-term projects or growth. This also requires people to constantly react to changes.
A lot of my energy is used to react to changes rather than building something meaningful.

Pros: Company is great, great people.
Cons: The technology is not very interesting. I felt like nobody was really interested in their projects. Nobody wants to work on Facebook Marketplace.
