I could not understand the interviewer due to both language and logic. The question was also very unclear and open-ended.
This was easily the most stressful and worst interview I've ever had.
I just exited 20 minutes in since it was that uncomfortable.

Pros: The impact on the world one can have is sometimes hard to fathom. Also, most of the employees are just such decent human beings that it really skews the perspective on the world's population.
Cons: As is probably the case with most US tech companies, people tend to work a lot, and it can create stress for those who want to have a personal life as well.

Pros: Very smart, hardworking, enthusiastic coworkers: The software engineers here are the best in the world.
Lots of independence for software engineers: We do a lot more than just implement specs, especially with hackathons and hackamonths encouraging people to work on things outside of their area of expertise.
Great benefits and salary: 5 different kinds of free food on campus, free laundry, snacks, generous parent benefits, etc.
Cons: I can't think of any significant cons.
