Process
I had a very negative experience. It was due to one of the interviewers I encountered during the onsite interview. This interviewer was very aggressive and angry. They yelled at me for not knowing the answer to one of their questions. I don't care if I don't know how to code 1+1; everyone should be treated with respect.
I reported this to the recruiting team. I have no confirmation that they reprimanded this engineer. They said they would look into it, and that's it.
I'm fairly certain, based on my previous experiences in this industry, that this engineer's rage was due to racism.
At the end of the interview process, I was told I was rejected and given no feedback.
