Pros: A lot of independence in choosing your projects, recognition for innovation, complex problems, daily code pushes to production, and awesome peers.
Cons: Constant inflow into the upper management chain from other companies makes it harder to move up the ladder if you're not on a crucial project.

Pros: FB gave a fantastic response during the Covid outbreak, from extra payment bonuses to skipping performance evaluations and giving employees access to reduced working hours setup.
Cons: None, really. FB has been only great.
