Everything was as expected, except one of the coding and system design rounds covered topics that were quite ridiculous compared to a typical coding or system design interview.

Work on products millions of people use.
Get to work on challenging problems.
Cons: Leadership changes direction constantly, and reorgs happen all the time.
Strong performance review culture, though sometimes it doesn't reflect the work you do.
Need to "blast" about your work to get visibility.
Busy work but not getting important stuff done because of a lack of overall direction.
