The whole process involved two on-campus interviews.
This was the same as every other process; I don't know why Glassdoor wants me to enter a review.
Each interview featured two LeetCode medium questions.
After that, I spoke with the recruiter and received an offer.

Cons: Constant inflow into the upper management chain from other companies makes it harder to move up the ladder if you're not on a crucial project.
