Process
One of the most well-coordinated interview processes I’ve experienced so far.
Everything was very streamlined. They have a full interviewing portal for candidates, and you’re free to prep at your own leisure. My recruiter was one of the kindest and most enthusiastic recruiters I’ve ever had; they really made me excited about Meta. There was even an option for a mock interview, which was helpful.
The tech screen (45m) was very straightforward, with a manager who reminded me of Mark Zuckerberg. They jumped straight into the questions, done in an environment with no ability to run the code. There were two questions. The second question (dealing with a binary tree) was quite difficult if you haven’t seen it before. It took me a while to understand, but it can be found online.
