The interview process includes one phone screen and five onsite interviews.
These onsite interviews consist of:
- Four coding interviews
- One design interview
The design question is hard. All interviews are conducted within a single day.

Cons: In-office benefits have been getting worse and worse.
Layoffs.
Diminished growth opportunities from lack of hiring.
Many of my responsibilities as an engineer could be done by a non-technical person. This makes the work very frustrating.
So much red tape to get things started.
