Process
I completed a coding assessment; all questions were technical and ranged from medium to hard difficulty. I definitely recommend studying and being prepared for these coding questions. Practice LeetCode problems and practice sharing your thoughts while coding.

Worst Company to Work For!
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Bellevue, Washington, United States
March 11, 2025
Pros: * High compensation
* Free food
Cons: The culture is changing; people are focused on lines of code instead of solving problems! The leadership is damaging the company.
A toxic environment in the teams. It became obvious that everyone is becoming selfish and hoarding knowledge to themselves to take credit whenever something happens, and not helping others so they are blocked and slowed down.
They are lowering compensation and demanding more deliveries!

Great problems, bad leadership
Software Engineer • Current Employee
London, England, United Kingdom
March 23, 2025
Pros: The company has no shortage of great problems to solve.
Flexibility to work on what you prefer, as long as you're able to defend it during your performance review.
No blocker to personal growth and a very fair promotion system.
Compensation is much higher than the market average.
Cons: * The recent layoffs made work hours much longer.
* Unjustified termination due to lack of law performers.
* Constant reorgs and internal instability.
* Constant direction change by leadership and middle management.

Awesome place to work
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Menlo Park, California, United States
November 14, 2012
Pros: - Really smart people to work with.
- Culture of empowerment.
- Freedom to do what makes the most sense.
- Tons of challenging problems and opportunities.
Cons: There are a couple of old-timer employees here and there who're no longer effective or productive because the company's growth has outstripped their abilities. This leads to a couple of oddities in some parts of the company. It's pretty rare, though, and not a major problem.
