Pros: Engineers have all the autonomy to come up with product ideas and execute them.
Impact: Anything you do impacts billions of users. FB is only one of the companies that can give you this experience.
Amazing perks (free food, gelato bar, laundry budget, etc.).
Great people. I love working with intelligent and smart people.
Cons: Autonomy also means that you are in charge, which could be overwhelming if you are not up for it.
