Entry coding test, phone screening with recruiter, then technical phone interview.
Recruiter was responsive and friendly. These interviews were very late in the year, so they were likely final rounds.
Technical interview was with an engineering manager working in an area relevant to a personal project I completed, which was very thoughtful.

Pros: Nice and passionate people. Lots of work for engineers. Many opportunities. Many supports for employees. Many of the employees are smart.
Cons: Normally busy. Inexperienced engineers sometimes lead the project, which causes a mess. People move too fast and break things, which is not good from an engineering perspective.

Pros: You are given a lot of freedom to solve tough problems. You are expected to make mistakes and learn from them in order to get better and solve tougher problems.
Cons: Sometimes the pace of work can be insane. Lots of moving parts at the same time means lots of opportunities for things to go wrong.
