Pre-screening phone interview with basic background and administrative questions, followed by coding questions.
Two difficult technical interviews afterwards, back-to-back (30 minutes each).
The recruiter and interviewers were very helpful and extremely organized.

Pros: Nice and passionate people. Lots of work for engineers. Many opportunities. Many supports for employees. Many of the employees are smart.
Cons: Normally busy. Inexperienced engineers sometimes lead the project, which causes a mess. People move too fast and break things, which is not good from an engineering perspective.

Pros: Fast-moving, good benefits. The hours aren't as awful as some tech companies (looking at you, Palantir).
Lots of flexibility to move teams, etc.
Cons: It's hard to stand out from everyone else. There are a lot of talented people around with often the same ideas.
