Process
Recruiter call: fairly easy to arrange. It was followed by a self-service careers portal invite to arrange round 1, which had two interviews: one system design and one behavioural. It was easy to arrange, except for a few niggles in the portal login. Then I was ghosted by the recruiter.

Awesome company but very high expectation & competition
Software Engineering Manager • Current Employee
London, England, United Kingdom
April 12, 2024
Pros: Great Engineering Culture.
Very strong people from all over the world come to work here. You can learn new things every week working with Eng & XFN. Everyone is super strong at what they do. Company perks are top-notch. Very Eng-friendly HR.
Cons: Very high expectation on EM to get everything right. Any negative feedback, any miss gets penalized. Career progression requirements are too hard to achieve.
Performance management for the team is an excessive load.

Pros: Good leadership. Honestly, things are well thought out.
Cons: The company definitely overhired, like most in tech. It's slow. Bureaucracy has grown to a large point. The OKR planning cycles are 6-12 months. This is very big tech.

Toxic Culture, Stagnant Growth
Software Engineering Manager • Current Employee
London, England, United Kingdom
November 3, 2025
Pros: Fine compensation relative to similar jobs elsewhere.
Cons: No headcount growth means no growth for managers.
Culture is bad; almost everyone is here for money, with no growth or learning. Everyone is afraid to lose their job, so they are working hard to keep the lights on, without much purpose or true impact. Very competitive, political, and toxic.
