I was given a coding problem to solve on a whiteboard. I had to explain my thinking process and write out the code that would solve the problem. In the end, I could ask the interviewer any questions I had about the company.

Pros: You are given a lot of freedom to solve tough problems. You are expected to make mistakes and learn from them in order to get better and solve tougher problems.
Cons: Sometimes the pace of work can be insane. Lots of moving parts at the same time means lots of opportunities for things to go wrong.

Pros: Fast-moving, good benefits. The hours aren't as awful as some tech companies (looking at you, Palantir).
Lots of flexibility to move teams, etc.
Cons: It's hard to stand out from everyone else. There are a lot of talented people around with often the same ideas.
