Process
The application was submitted online in late August without a referral. The recruiter reached out in early November to schedule an interview and send a coding challenge.
The coding challenge was 70 minutes long and included 4 LeetCode-style questions.
The first-round interview was 45 minutes long, conducted over a video call, and was entirely code-based. There was an opportunity to ask the interviewer questions at the end.
The second/final round interview was the exact same format.
