Process
Contacted by a recruiter in the fall.
Next, one OA was given by Code Signal. I did well, but heard it wasn't necessary to pass all test cases to be considered for the next round.
Two more technical rounds followed, and I received an email 3 days later regarding their decision.
There was no behavioral component.

Pros: Nice and passionate people. Lots of work for engineers. Many opportunities. Many supports for employees. Many of the employees are smart.
Cons: Normally busy. Inexperienced engineers sometimes lead the project, which causes a mess. People move too fast and break things, which is not good from an engineering perspective.

Software Engineering • Former Employee
Menlo Park, California, United States

Pros: Fast-moving, good benefits. The hours aren't as awful as some tech companies (looking at you, Palantir).
Lots of flexibility to move teams, etc.
Cons: It's hard to stand out from everyone else. There are a lot of talented people around with often the same ideas.
