The first HR call was over the phone to "casually" discuss your experience. I thought this was going to be a review of my past experience and my CV, but it felt like a formality.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. Discussions covered both technical knowledge and management skills, with a greater emphasis on management. Everyone involved was respectful and clear about the process.
Initial interview with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview. There are 3 problems in Python and 3 exercises in SQL to solve in 60 minutes. The problems are of medium complexity, but difficult to solve in such a short time.
