The interview process consisted of three rounds. Discussions covered both technical knowledge and management skills, with a greater emphasis on management. Everyone involved was respectful and clear about the process.

The first HR call was over the phone to "casually" discuss your experience. I thought this was going to be a review of my past experience and my CV, but it felt like a formality.

It was a good experience. I was fumbled in one of the interviews, even though I had the answer. I was not able to get done with the test cases. So, I need to improve on that.
